ABOUT LAUREN

Lauren LoveLight is a relentless joy seeker, Reiki Master, Akashic Record reader, sound healer, meditation leader, and dance guide. Lauren believes that in order to thrive in life one must maintain a balance between the mind, body, and spirit. She believes that this balance can be achieved though constant movement, meditation and mindfulness. Through teaching these many modalities she hopes to fulfill her life purpose of empowering others to find their Guru within.

Lauren’s spiritual journey took a deep dive in January 2018 when she began to feel the stress and anxiety from working in insurance as an auto claims adjuster. Through her discovery of self care and healing she was divinely guided to become certified in Reiki 1. She believes that Reiki was the catalyst for aligning her with her true soul path that she had once forgotten as a child. She became certified in Reiki 2 in June of 2018 and finally became a Reiki Master in April 2019.

In her spare time you can find her taking her next epic adventure to whatever beach or mountain is on her mind, in a yoga or fitness class of some sort, writing poetry, and hiking.

She is originally from Baltimore, Maryland and is now based in Maui, Hawaii. 

As a Reiki practitioner she loves to integrate many tools into her sessions such as tuning forks and crystals. This will ensure the client has a well rounded session and healing.
