I can't say enough about Lauren and her gift. Lauren has such a kinda heart, beautiful aura and lovely energy. I wasn't sure what to expect with my first Reiki session but after I found I was sleeping better, my blood pressure was lower and it felt like a weight had been lifted off of me.I had the pleasure of doing a reading with her as well and it was spot on!
